You can easily return products you have purchased either simply because you changed your mind or because you found a problem with the product.



  • Product Problem: We perform all the necessary quality checks before sending each order. However, in this case, it is sufficient for the return to be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase. In case of product return (DOA) and provided that it is confirmed after the technical inspection that the defect is not due to misuse, the product will be replaced with new or other of the same or higher technical characteristics after consultation with the customer. It is at the discretion of the company to return the money to the customer in cases where there is no availability, or the product has been sold at a special price, or has been sold out, etc. The refund to the customer will be made by counter-debit of the card or refund by deposit in a bank account, depending on the method of payment of the order.
  • Change of opinion: The consumer can return a product he has bought directly, simply due to regret (change of opinion, decision), under the following terms and conditions:
    1. Returns must be made no later than fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of purchase.
    2. The returned product must, if not used, be in excellent condition as just before its sale, in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam which should not have tears or damage / deterioration) and with all the contents of the original packaging (instruction forms, screws, decorations, etc.).
    3. In order for a return to be accepted, the original purchase document (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the product and whose details are printed on the purchase document. If the purchase was made by credit card, the original of the receipt issued by the bank terminal must be displayed.
    5. Product that was sold with an extra gift will have to be returned with the extra gift, otherwise the value of the gift will be deducted from the returned amount.
    6. If the conditions are met and a product return is accepted, the consumer is entitled either to receive a credit note of equal value for the purchase of another product (s) or to receive a cash back, if the purchase was made in cash. If the purchase was made with a credit card, a transaction will be reversed with a corresponding update (credit) of his credit card and not a return of cash.
    7. In case of repeated returns or in case the company, in its absolute discretion, considers that the consumer abuses the right of return or acts in bad faith is entitled to refuse the return of the product even if the above terms and conditions are met.
    8. The company reserves the right at any time to cancel or modify its return policy, posting the relevant new terms and conditions on the website.
    9. The return policy does not apply to defective products, which are covered by their respective warranties.


  • We receive the products to be returned from your place after consultation with the courier transport company that serves your area. Shipping costs are borne by the consumer who pays them to the courier at the time of delivery-receipt.
